Our first meeting with Pearl ended with our feeling completely at ease, due to her relaxed, informed, can-do attitude, communication skill, mastery of the real estate market, and deference to our preferences. She made sure we were aware of alternatives, likely outcomes, and time ranges for all steps involved to the finish. We were confident in giving her free reign for staging and marketing the property plus coordination of needed repairs and upgrades. The result was that the property sold in a short time at a value higher than the asking price. Her work gave us a profitable return, and the relationship ended with our feeling we had made a new friend.

One more thing: we happen to live on the opposite side of the country, and Pearl was able to seamlessly coordinate all the decisions, paperwork, sales documents without our have to travel to California. She is also backed up by an excellent team. No matter where I live or move to, I'm calling Pearl.
